In the summer of 2022, ARC is launching a Resilience Month by offering online workshops and e-learning modules for the NGO and private sector in the Asia Pacific Region.

What is the purpose of the course?

In the current climate, development actors and businesses need to be more resilient than ever before. Organisations and individuals are working in extremely complex and challenging environments; therefore, they need evidence-based tools to help them thrive under challenging circumstances. During the course of the Resilience Month period, we will provide you with tips and tools to help you develop resilience and boost your productivity and sustainability at scale.

Course Composition:

1. Tailored e-Learning modules: You will have access to attractive and engaging audio-visual content as well as an informal assessment process in the form of quizzes and gamification in order to help you engage with topics in an interesting, accessible way.

2. Live workshops: We run several workshops to learn from a live practitioner and provide you with a platform to share your experiences and learn from other participants/the facilitator.

3. Forum/chat discussions: You can ask (and answer) any questions you want in the forum provided, and get answers from other participants and the course facilitators.

4. Pre-course reading and materials: to prepare you for some of the sessions.

5. Certificate of attendance on completion of each course you take.

The course will run throughout the month of July:

- For the NGO Sector, the e-Learning modules will be available from the 4th of July. Live sessions will run on the 4, 5, 6 and 8th of July.

- For the Private Sector, the e-Learning modules will be available from the 25th of July. Live sessions will run on the 26, 27 and 28th of July.

How much does each course cost?

As we are launching our first ever Resilience Month in 2022, we would like to offer you this training for free. In return, we would appreciate a short written or video testimonial about the courses you take.
