    Impact: Facilitated the access of people living with Down Syndrome either into service industry employment thereby building their capacity to reach their full creative and market potential, earn vital income and foster dignity and fulfillment for themselves, their families and their communities.

    Need: Design of a needs-responsive, impactful strategic plan

    Solution: Clarified HFL’s objectives, positioning and value proposition

  • Social Enterprise Development

    Need: Investment readiness assessment to scale up the operations of a social enterprise which sells affordable and eco-friendly pads to stem period poverty, improving girls' health and education outcomes.

    Solution: Advisory to strengthen business model and enhance investability narrative articulated to potential donors and capital providers.

    Impact: Strengthened social enterprise’s financial sustainability in line with the institution’s values and objectives

  • Government Development Partner

    Need: Facilitation workshop for 40 legal officers as public servants to prepare them with the tools they need to implement effective regulatory practices that reflect international standards for evidence-based and participatory decision-making.

    Solution: Time was spent by the participants practicing specific techniques such as the use of open, closed, reflective and probing questions to talk to stakeholders, and engaging in simulations to help them work on their facilitation and communication skills.
